On the occasion of the Cultural Week of the Faculty of Education,  the Education Library has prepared the I Poetry Competition and the II Photo Competition .

In both competitions only the students of the UA Faculty of Education Degrees are allowed to participate.
The opening term will be from the bases publication to March 22nd, 2019 .

  •   I Poetry competition

The main objective of this competition with the slogan "The meaning of reading" is to motivate the students of the degrees and masters of the Faculty of Education to poetise experiences that are related to the book and reading. We want them to answer the following questions: What does reading mean to you? What memories cause the books we have at home? Which value have books in the teaching profession? Can reading change our lives ?. And what about the girls and boys, your future students?

  • II Photography Contest
This year and under the motto " Make yourself a cultural selfie" you should present self-portraits or selfie that present a link with culture: doing a cultural activity, such as reading, painting, writing or being in a concert; or with a theme that is linked in some way with culture: disguised as a famous artist, etc.

We understand culture from a broad point of view, which also includes sports and scientific activities.

All photos will be printed and exhibited in the Library of Education during the Cultural Week.

In both competitions may participate the students of the degrees of the Faculty of Education of the University of Alicante.
The term for the presentation will be open from the publication of these bases until March 22, 2019 .
